Shipping & Returns

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened to PO BOX 401, TORONTO NSW 2283 within 30 days of your purchase. The Aussie Bronze team will gladly refund your order if there’s a mix up. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do anything about the order once 30 days has passed.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.

Aussie Bronze takes care in packaging all orders securely, however, occasionally product packaging may be damaged whilst in transit, therefore we do not offer refunds on products if the packaging is damaged.

Product Exchange

We will replace items if they are defective or the bottle is damaged.  If you need to exchange the same item, send us an email at hello@aussiebronze.com and send your item to: PO BOX 401 Toronto NSW 2283.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 401 Toronto NSW 2283.

DELIVERY

Delivery is a flat $5.00 AUD to anywhere within Australia. Shipping within the USA is $4.00
International shipping is $25AUD.

The majority of orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via the contact us page. Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used, as provided by you, by our courier to deliver your package.
