Exercise is hard work so make sure you are drinking water for the best results! A lack of water doesn't allow us to burn fat cells effectively. Normal blood circulation that enriches cells with oxygen isn't possible because of the water shortage. So start your routine fully hydrated! Muscle pain occurs after a good workout. The carbohydrates and proteins that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream. Blood volume is the amount of fluid that’s circulating in your blood vessels. Maintaining a normal blood volume is necessary for blood to be able to adequately reach all of the tissues of your body. When you’re very dehydrated, your blood volume can decrease, leading to a drop in blood pressure. When blood pressure drops too low, your organs won’t receive the oxygen and nutrients they need.
